Are you feeling stuck purchasing the same 'staple' items on your list wondering if there are healthier options to your family favorites? No time to try to figure it out when you have things to do! Have your own personal Dietitian do your food shopping with you! Bring your shopping list and meet one of our Dietitians at the grocery store. She will walk you through the store pointing out where to find the best items for your personal health needs. Learn tips to quickly find what you're most interested in on a food label, what all of those health claims on food packages really mean, and discover some alternatives and recommendations to healthier food choices specific to your health needs. Coupons will be provided as available
We will be at the newly renovated Super Foodtown located in North Haledon, NJ and also at DiPiero's Family Farm located in Montvale, NJ. Check back again for specific dates, times and other locations.
Since these tours book up quickly, you may reserve your spot early. Please email us to have your name added to our waiting list. We will contact you with the dates and times once the schedules are finalized. You will be offered first choice of the date, time and location you would prefer.
