Medical Nutrition Therapy
- Your doctor can write a prescription for the services of a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist.
- Most health insurance plans will reimburse for MNT (Medical Nutrition Therapy).
Our bodies are composed of chemicals and utilize the nutrients from foods differently based on our genetics, medical history, and lifestyle. Dietitians are essential to the changing health care environment as
we are the only profession specifically trained to recommend foods appropriate for each person based on their unique medical and individual needs. Dietitians have the knowledge to assess individuals from a
holistic standpoint and we understand that eating is not only about the food. We offer personalized treatment for a number of medical conditions such as:

If your insurance carrier is listed here, we will bill your insurance for you.
If your insurance carrier is not listed here, you can still see us but we may be considered out of network and therefore, may not be covered by your insurance. However, we can offer a bill for you to submit to your insurance company, if you wish, for possible reimbursement as well.
For those who do not have nutrition coverage, we can offer packages if more than one follow-up is needed. Your Dietitian will make this assessment and will recommend additional appointments accordingly.
Package Plans
Follow-up appointments can be purchased in advance at a discounted rate. Packages are available for packages of 4 or more follow-up visits.
Office hours are by appointment only. Evenings and weekends are available.
